Good luck everyone! Thank you, Wowhead, for another great giveaway.
it wont let me submit to the contest using twitter saying it doesnt allow throw away accounts. im using the only twitter account i own which is a couple of years old and ive entered wowhead contests using it before. what gives?
That Pepe Pin might be the most adorable pin ever
Getting “Sorry throwaway twitter accounts are not allowed.” when trying to do the twitter actions on gleam. Thats my only account.Anyway keep up the great work😃
Yep, same thing with the throwaway twitter account here. Disappointed, It's the only account I have and have been using since forever :(
OMG I want ALL the things!
I really wish people/organizations would stop using gleam. It's not very user friendly anymore. It won't give me credit for the discord entry even though I've joined the discord a long time ago. Lately gleam has repeatedly not given me credit for random entries because of changes they keep making.
The Gleam app isn't even loading for me. Which is probably for the best as I tend to get very irritated with it when I try to use it. I wish people would use a better way to run contests - I believe Tor Books ran one a few months ago that was a joy to enter. (No, I didn't win, I was just ecstatic that it wasn't using Gleam and had many ways to enter.)
It's a bummer to hear about Gleam but if they don't step up their game, I'm sure a competitor will emerge that does the same thing but with less bugs. We're under no contractual obligation to use them, they're just (until now) the most convenient option.
This is not an article. This is an ad. It is incredibly disingenuous to post this like it is any other news article, especially when your other ads are already so invasive on the site.
