Build 19041 Changed Enchants, Bonus Armor Procs, Scaled Boss Abilities, and More

In this build, overpowered old-world enchants and bonus armor procs have been toned down, as well as boss abilities that were not properly scaled. This includes both legacy bosses people enjoy soloing as well as
Commander Tharbek
in the new UBRS.

Looks like Blizzard is on the ball when it comes to stamping out all those exploitable pieces of armor/enchants. Good on them.
Uh, not so much. If they had been "on the ball," as you say, then they would have corrected these issues BEFORE 6.0 went live.... as it stands, there were many 6.0 guides detailing and pointing out that many pre-Mists enchants were now BETTER than Mists enchants as of 6.0, and because of that many people switched out some of their Mists enchants for older ones. I know I did; I bought up several older enchants off the AH pre-6.0 before they became much more expensive and then applied them once the patch hit, a good example of this was swapping my rogue's weapon enchants from double Dancing Steel (103 agi proc) to double Mongoose (120 agi and 30 haste proc pre-nerf). Now that they've nerfed them I get to buy Dancing Steel off the AH again at scalper's prices unless I want to keep the $%^&ty Mongoose (which I may just do, but it's besides the point, Blizzard should have either fixed this %^&* prior to 6.0 or left it alone.) Epic fail, Blizz. Is it that hard to adjust some ^&*! pre-patch?

Is spine fixed yet?
What is wrong with spine? My wife and I have each solo downed Dragon Soul in its entirety last week without much effort. I don't recall spine having anything broken going on.
So no nerf to Anub'arak's "Leeching Swarm"? -.-
This doesnt need a nerf.... It is just like any other mechanic. Soloing him was easy just allow yourself to remain at low life and he drops like a brick.
I mean holy crap people. They made 60% of old school content totally trivial. They ruined the joy of attempting to overcome the challenges of soloing. But that was not enough for you. How bad does it have to get? Should you just enter the raid and get loot? Maybe it should just be mailed to you each day along with new achievement points.
Stop complaining about old world content. I'm saddened that it was changed at all.

. I assume that blizzard will leave this alone due to this.. since their is no specific shield only intellect enchantment outside these 2.. also they are only worried about "overpowered enchants" .. + 1 intellect is not overpowered.

Is it that hard to not exploit the game with every given oppurtunity.. dude.. the stat squish, the class changes.. all the stuff being changed is being changed because of people exploiting the game at every oppurtunity they get...
you cannot blame blizzard for the average player's desire to exploit the game in any way they can.. this is the player's fault.. NO ONE ELSE'S.
