email also said up to 75% off for black friday on the store. catalog up the 20th.
Araxom says you have until 28th November to get the blizzcon ticket.https://us.battle.net/forums/en/blizzcon/topic/20759351858EDIT: oh nevermind, you mean the blizzcon gear, not the ticket.
oh noes! I really wanted a wowhead pin! :( Oh well, here's hoping there are other opportunities in the future. Thanks for the heads up on the sales.
I'm gonna buy so much $%^& on wednesday D: I hope it doesnt sell out before I get a chance to buy it... I wonder what stuff is "last chance"
I wonder why is the Blizzard-logo-T-shirt ( https://gear.blizzard.com/us/blizzard-logo-tee ) excluded from promotions and sales all the time, since it doesn't fit any discount category they ever announced.
Has anyone else ever bought stuff from their site from the UK or outside America. I did it once and my local delivery service slapped me with a £40 handling fee. Would like to know if things have changed or is there a UK site that I am unaware of because there is a lot of cool stuff I would love to purchase here but being blindsided by additional costs that I cannot predict really hurts.
Aight cheers for the advice. Not actually seen their shipping price, last time I got it shipped for free.
The population of Europe is more than twice that of the United States and still there's no EU Gear Store. It's like they don't even want our money!
I'm also from the UK and also usually only ever consider purchasing items during items during these kind of sales due to the sometimes unpredictable nature of customs handling fees mentioned above. From experience I believe it's usually if you spend £15+ or so then about £8 + whatever taxes you would have paid had you purchased the item(s) in the UK, although I think you can incur an additional charge if you spend over a certain larger amount.I'm definitely going to be taking advantage of this sale, particularly as I have been eyeing up the Hearthstone Stein for a while now. If I manage to grab that before it becomes out of stock I'm sure my partner would love it as a Christmas gift (Shhh!).
Nice, right before my payday ;)Should it be a Pepe or not?
Just as bad here in Canada with duties taxes fees and taxes on the duties fees and taxes, oh and a handling charge by the post office collecting the money - cash up front at the door - it's a nice scam.I really don't see why Blizzard can't get their heads out of their butts and partner with a company that does shipping internationally.
I certainly have to wonder what items are being retired today. The goodie bag and the key art items are obvious but not anything else. I want to get the World of Warcraft Battle for Azeroth shirt, but is that being retired today or can I wait until Wednesday? I'd love to get the Sylvanas statue, too, but that likely won't be possible for a few months. Considering we can still buy the Illidan statue, I'm assuming the Sylvanas one isn't going anywhere. The pins are a question mark, too. The series 3 pin booster packs can still be bought so not likely the series 4 ones or even the badges will go away.Would be nice if Blizzard labeled things with something like "LAST CHANCE" or "GOING AWAY". But this is a sneaky way of sparking sales on items people think will go *poof* tomorrow but aren't.
As someone in Europe, thank you, but no, thank you.Import VAT plus delivery costs = no orders.By this time there should be a gear shop in Europe...
Nice. Bought a bunch of the discounted stuff, including the gryphon and wind rider I've been procrastinating on for, uh, how many years have they been out? XDIf I can swing it, also gonna place an order on Warcraft apparel day!Oh, and I should buy Overwatch now that it's on sale....Curse you, Black Friday! *shakes fist at heavens*
