I have a feeling that knowledge won’t start back up until raid release. Bliz don’t want the hardcore walking into the raid with everything unlocked on their new azerite pieces. *Fingers crossed*
Thank you, I thought I noticed something wrong with my next level cost (namely that it was the same as last week). I asked in General/Guild chat and no one seemed to notice.
Ah, so I wasn't seeing things...
Hopefully, this is a bug. It seems kind of underhanded to cap something without letting everyone know. Also, I thought the Heart of Azeroth level was supposed to sync up with alts after visiting Magni.
Is this also why Island Expeditions aren't giving their usual Azerite reward anymore? They seem to reward only between 50-100 azerite on HC difficulty now.
For alt catch-up, these numbers don't mean as much. The AP requirement for a single neck level cannot go below 1000 as far as I know. Meaning, whether the AP multiplier is at 50x or 100x, getting 1k AP will only push you from 19 to 20.Fixme if I'm wrong
11 weeks makes sense. I'd bet anything we're getting back on the 11 week patch cycle from Legion.
Blues just posted on Twitter: it will only resume on Jan 22. https://twitter.com/WarcraftDevs/status/1072914797392359424
What minimum neck level will I eventually be needing to guarantee I can unlock all trait rings from Heroic Dazar'alor raid Azerite gear (assuming no warforging/titanforging)?Follow-up question, does warforging/titanforging affect the neck level needed to unlock Azerite trait rings?
Blizzard says it will resume on the 22nd.https://twitter.com/WarcraftDevs/status/1072914797392359424
Well, that has some sense... in legion we had the cap at 25lvls, and if they don't do this, for the time the new raid is open the harth lvl requirded would be relly high (ppl should unlock the last ring after hit half season)
I can understand why they're doing this, but on the other hand it makes us sit and do nothing... can't farm titan residue because yields are minuscule and bet 415 armor will cost 5k+, can't farm AP, because levels are extremely stretched (each level close to 50% longer than the previous), can't craft new armor because it requires stuff from the new raid... Warfront is 20 min questline 20 min scenario and done. Guess for 1,5 month only thing we can do is level alts thanks to xp nerfs, and grind paragon boxes...
Really wished Blizz and by extension, Wowhead would finally let Legion die. BFA already feels enough like a major content patch to Legion instead of a standalone expansion without terminology's help. I am not sure who in their right minds decided to call it artifact power instead of Azurite Power which makes more sense and distinguishes it from Legion. To add insult to injury we are referring to HoA rank cap as Artifact Knowledge? What the hell is so involved in ranking your HoA that requires knowledge to do it? You collect power, a power that is seeping from the ground around Azeroth, power from a substance called Azurite as it so happens... This kind of stuff is ultimately what will make me end up hating both Legion and BFA, Legion was a success, modeling an entire expansion on it and just copy pasting over terminology only serves to create expansion fatigue.
