"With honor?" so Boy king it is honorable for you to kill unarmed emissaries? You don't know nothing about honor.
Don't forget! In this quest we only prepare a strike for Zuldazar. The bombs on the ships are still intact by the time we finish the questline. And if I remember correctly, there was a map of zuldazar datamined with the purpose of it possibly being a 8.1 raid.
Not meaning to take away from the content of this post, but I'm kinda surprised that there still isn't a post about the cultists on the Broken Shore channeling down again. Seems like the cast will end in 17 days. Will that be when we finally go back to Silithus for that cinematic with our weapons? Pre-patch perhaps? Legions pre-patch was 6 weeks long, this would make BFA's eight weeks long. Nothing wrong with that. Come on Wowhead, let's get the speculation going on this.
Again the incredible disparity between Can't-do-no-Wrong Alliance and the Dishonorable Horde. Alliance wants to depose Sylvanas, period. Horde wants to kill every single sentient person to turn into undead and serve as Sylvanas' cannon fodder. Seriously, the imbalance of evil between the factions is ridiculous and it gets bigger every time. In the end of the Horde campaign the player watches as Nathanos tells the Proudmoore general to kill the Marshall that the player brought to be raised to help the Horde, because the Marshall means nothing to the Horde, explicitly meaning that the Horde cares nothing about anyone be they friend or foe, anymore. And then not only we are told by Nathanos to dispose of the general as if we were his dogs, but we also of "our" own will destroy the Proudmoore fleet with the scepter we got for him, in a cutscene where we don't control our character. Blizzard has shown the Horde players that they have absolutely zero respect for anyone who doesn't want to be a stupid evil villain. They simply assume we're all fine with actively being stupid evil. It's worse writing than Mists, because at least in Mists we players had a choice in not participating in evil acts like this.
The emissaries thing is one of those examples of how messed up war is, on the regular, in Azeroth. It reminds me of the Diplomacy By Another Means quest in old Azshara. The Horde are annoyed that the natives are opposing their colonization, so they send the Horde player out to prevent them from allying with the Alliance which would help them defend their homes. The Horde player murders Alliance emissaries so they can use their clothes to disguise themselves, infiltrate, and sabotage the negotiations. "In order to infiltrate and disrupt the Blackmaw negotiations, we'll need to know where they're happening. In Blackmaw Hold to the southwest, I suspect you'll find night elven ambassadors milling around, making preparations.<Haggrum spits on the ground.>Kill them at your leisure, and search the area for important documents. Oh, and grab a set of their ambassador's robes, we'll need them. "All of this is presented as a comedic romp with no moral quandary whatsoever."Victory! The Blackmaw won't know who to trust anymore. With that delicate bit of business complete, I can orchestrate a full-on assault against those beasts without worrying about them siding with the Alliance. You do good work, <name>. Perhaps we should place you in the Horde diplomatic corps? Hah-har! "
God I’m sick of this goody-two-shoes Alliance b.s.
Can somebody explain why Wildhammers are part of this story? I don't have beta access
Its typical or by default-when aliance doing the killing their act is noble while when horde is doing the same thing its barbaric and cruel....Hello blizzard, can you make Mandiun raid boss maybe ?
Can we know when winners will be selected from beta key giveaway ? Its 2 weeks already, have mercy...
Horde = evil evil evil, I'm sick of it
Alliance campaign: We're going to kidnap the king.Horde campaign: Leads into Siege of Boralus and fighting old god powers?Maybe, waiting on Part 6.
OK, to change the subject to something (possibly) nicer.Keeshan x Steelspark?
