Nice
Meh, I think it's a good change.
There appears to be an bug with the hotfixed version...It is jumping to 2 stacks on the first damage tick, instead of ticking once before stacking.AD+10 log from this afternoon showing the lack of 1 stack (2%) ticksThis effectively makes it more punishing than it was before.

Some bosses are practically unhealable this week at higher keys. And I also think this shines a light on the healer balance problem in m+. Comparing mistweaver and paladin to resto shaman this week makes me feel bad for people hoping that the worst m+ healer in Legion would be better in BfA. They are actually worse because of the talent changes in my opinion.
Did a Tol Dagor +10 on Wednesday. Made it to last boss with 5+ mins left. Had 6 wipes before finally got him, holy pally just couldnt keep up with Grievous stacks. May have been the bug others mentioned above.I wonder if this change is actually good thing depends on other affixes or is it worst.
I'm still wondering why does this affect DKs... it isn't likely they would bleed to death
we did a underot 14 yesterday, we had 6 mins left reaching the last boss, the thing was just unhealable, we managed to do it at 4th try with lots of luck, notably our outlaw rogue getting twice x5 buffs.
Nice article. I couldn't tell at first if this was a benefit or not. This explains the changes nicely. Grievous makes me glad I don't heal.
So Resto Sham's mastery is even worse, adn the stat itself as well.
Necrotic and griev should just be removed, they are so extremly anti-fun, i love todo m+ but during those weeks i just cant be arsed.
those reporting bugs here should do so in game and on forums in the bug report forum so they get fixed, blizzard doesn't read this unless wowhead links the comments or sums up some nice comments for them.
I like it. more dangerous if ignored, but more time for healers to stop it from getting to that point. Neither a nerf or buff, just a better design.
I can't help but have a different viewpoint regarding tyrannical versus fortified with grievous. I've tried this week (as a Druid) but there are a number of bosses that, on tyrannical, do rather large damage to multiple players. It can be very hard, or nigh impossible, to get everyone over 90% and keep the tank up. In these situations there is no alternative but to keep trying for the kill. At least with trash difficult pulls can be cc'ed or pulled in smaller groups.
Why would Fortified Grievous make Galvazzt, a boss, more difficult...?
