They literally just don't care about balancing anything.
I think this is the longest time any one spec has been at the top, much less this far ahead, at least for as long as one been playing. You'd think they would've done something to shake up the balance of the game a little by now.
I'm amazed how small the population sizes are. And lol @ the outliers too.
Balance is looking good ngl if we don't count destro. For the amount of stuff there are to balance they are doing pretty good job
Jesus Christ, those are statystics from MYTHIC raid difficulty. I can assure anyone who's complaining about the current balance, really good balance because of the variety is not NEARLY as good to be affected by those "rankings". What you see here is people who play their classes really, REALLY well to the point that they can beat YOU on the worst class that there is on Single Target if you played the best class with your attitude. You have a LOT to learn before you have a right to complain. You would really only get affected by playing a spec you like instead of what's optimal if you played perfectly at highest ilvls, with the best gear, which i doubt if you type these kinds of comments on some site that doesn't even include many things in their guides, so you have to look around more if you're looking to learn instead of complaining. This is coming from a very mediocre player/under the average player. Get your $%^& together and stop @#$%ting on blizz for non-existent problems, like current class balance. It's way better than it used to be.Only PvP balance is a mixed bag. PvE is very fine.
ah ha! Rise up boomies, we are no longer the last one
Wondering if arcane mage will ever be a good choice, not being outshadowed by the two other specs. Seems blizzard really hates this spec so much.
Remember when rogues used to put combo points into their enemies instead of it being their "own charges"?Arcane suffers from the same issue today. Touch of the Magi (ToTM) applies a debuff on an enemy which accumulates damage and then explodes 8 seconds later. This is the core ability for doing damage and if your target dies too soon, you might as well have just afk'd. This is made worse by the 4pc, which Blizzard thought would be better to just increase the duration (it was a necessity for addressing the 5ABlast into ABarrage issue). It's great for doing more damage, but nothing ever survives that long. Essentially, the burst spec that arcane was is lost because the duration of ToTM is too long (think Anduin ghouls dying before ToTM explodes). Arcane needs some serious redesign to address this "combo points on the enemy issue".
