I always thought pugging Cabal was harder than Uu'nat (for heroic), glad to see these changes.

Well, about the change in itself, why not. I feel like this change is not needed considering even my very casual guild how has still not reach AOTC on Dazar'alor yet have been able to kill the Cabal in HM.But I guess it will make some peoples happy...The real valuable boss is Uu'nat anyway.
That's nice, but they still haven't fixed the fact that there are as many crushing doubts in 10 or 20 players groups. And let me tell you that you do short pulls when your healers are targetted by it...
Blizz go an fix mythic.... if top guilds want like 10 days or so to kill second boss and also stack specific classes..... that is so bad for rest players10spriests and 10 locks.....jesus dudes nice class balance
I don't see a reason for this nerf. The few time I've done this raid smaller grps is way easier, so I guess it's only really making easy mode easier
