I'm Alliance and I was able to accept and turn-in this quest today. The "Horde" designation needs to be revised.

Huh? There is no Horde and Alliance designation. You can chose Oracles or Frenzyheart. Doesn't matter whether you're Alliance or Horde.

Its worth noting that if you are doing this at 80, do not kill the Lich before he unfreeze's Zepick. If you kill the Lich too quick and clear the daily quest whilst Zepick is still frozen he will not give you the follow up quest Return of the Lich Hunter. I learnt this the hard way...
