I'd rather recommend doing this quest along with:

The quests mentioned by the above posters are close, but not at the same spot. You actually need to go to New Hearthglen to kill the Scarlet Onslaught (71,71).

The Onslaught are located at Hearthglen, 71.71
an advise is to head down the path to Crusader's Landin wich starts at 73,74.
It isn't as many ppl down there so there's alot more that hasn't been killed yet.

Leads to No Mercy for the Captured from the banshee upstairs. This is a mini-chain (just like all the other WotLK quests :P)

This quest bugs pretty badly often...

Root the warhouse (e.g. as a balance druid) and kill the Knight on top - you'll get credit for the knight, the knight will respawn, you can kill it again and get credit, and when the roots break on the horse (by damage or time) it won't move, but you'll still get credit for the kill :)

Easy way for a quick run.
