when u enter jadeanar in felwood.. u get to these mobs.. i think.. deep in the caves

dont be stupid..
it has been killed 110 times and has a 0.9% dropchance wich means it dropped ONCE from 110 kills. The killingnumber could raise to 1000 kills with still only one drop.. so NO it does NOT have a 0.9% drop chance, it ain't accurate.

Something of interest: you can enslave these. I used it against a nearby bear just to see what it could do. It seemed to be doing over 200 dps. Of course, it's a good thing I had the foresight to cast soulstone on myself at the last second before I lost control of him... though now that I think about it maybe I could have banished him and run away. I'd like to get a group w/ 3 locks and see how this fella fairs against Archaedas in Uldaman. One lock would have to enslave him, another would summon the first lock to just outside the instance, and the third would summon them to Archaedas' room. They could possibly swap enslave demon duties... Unfortunately, this would have to be a raid group as four extra people would be required for the summoning, and four plus three = 7. Still, it'd be cool to watch this thing try to solo Archaedas while the rest of the group handled the adds.

If you are summoned while you control an enslaved demon, the demon will be gone when you arrive at your destination.

Only the standard four demons (Imp, Voidwalker, Succubus, Felhunter) will remain at your side through a summon.

I can easily solo all the elite infernals in this part of felwood on my 52 frost mage... the only one I had trouble with was Immolatus >< Normally you'll get around 1300 exp per kill, and they drop essence of earth every once in a while... while you're waiting for them to respawn, you can kill some of the entropic fire elementals around for a chance at some essence of Fire... the infernals don't have any ranged, so if you know how to kite they're cake, and you'll leave with a buttload of xp and not a scratch on you.

The blue eye over their heads means Detect invisibility,
like stealth also occurs when a mage meet a mob that can detect invisibility while the mage are affected by the spell Invisibility

I went to farm essence of fire off the elementals next to these guys and one of the infernal sentrys was right there so i decided to kill it, which are very easy for a 60 palidan to solo. When i looted its corpse i picked up a hurricane.

Started soloing these tonight, 55 hunter at the time.
They're easy and challenging at the same time.
Reverse kite them. Open the fight with an aimed shot (hopefully it crits) leading them right into a frost trap, back up to max, and load up another aimed shot at them while sending your pet in to fight (cower on, growl off) soon as aimed hits, send out a distracting shot, concussive shot, and take out like a bat out of hell.

Rinse and repeat.

Had to kill these whilst grinding off the elementals in the area, so they are possible to solo as 55 Shadow Priest. It can get quite dangerous at times, though.
