The Wrath of the Lich King Classic PTR has been updated to Patch 3.4.2, with a newer build than the
previously one that was datamined
. This new one, Build 49442, has a few interesting changes. A new currency called Sidereal Essence (no indication of what it is used for), munching changes for Warriors, Mages, and Hunters, as well as a change to Dancing Rune Weapon for Blood Death Knights.
