This is on top of the main temple. Find the ramp at NE corner, run up and jump onto platform. Left then jump onto block then ramp or straight onto ramp. Up that and no one will bother you.

this is surley at 39.9 its not the matter of "jumping rocks to rocks...." its u walk across a bridge and find it i spent 6 hours looking and then thought about it easily... and got it fairly fast.. hope this helps

Ignore the last comment. It's at the main temple. From the bridge, go north-east, jump down to the wall which leads up to the temple. Jump up and head to the top of the temple. There it is. The temple is the big structure in the middle of the ruins.
