You can fish these up in dustwallow marsh at 58.2, 66.3. Theres a nice drop rate, and at the same time you fish up spotted yellowtails which you can start cooking at 225, just about where u stop cooking these.

If you are Horde skilling your Fishing and still need to get Cooking up as well - save them! At 175 skill you can start cooking them. The recipe can also be bought by Wulan, vendor in Shadowprey Village (Desolace), who sells the Expert Cookbook you'll need to advance further in cooking.
