anyone know how much haste you need to get 7 ticks out of rejuvenation? Currently sitting at 658 haste and still getting only 6 ticks.

With 514 haste rating (redicilously much, I know, but I have too many yellow sockets to fill with Reckless Ametrines), this makes my rejuvenation tick aprox every 2,5 seconds - about 4 ticks over 9 seconds, if I counted right. Does anyone have the exact time pr x haste rating? I can't find it anywhere.

Dunno about all of the above... but im going to touch on Vandvhid's comment...

In 3.3 (current) 514 haste is about half of the soft haste cap

My resto druid is sitting at 680-740~ Haste and with this glyph added to my arsenal i've seen a jump in my HPS along with the 264 Idol... i believe this to be one of our stronger heals.. as soon as 3.3 came out i broke my 4p T9 (245), The haste i get from the offset's is more important for my raid healing then the 21% crit chance on a tick of Rejuv

is a good combo. Infact it appears that the idol is no improvement on the old idol https://www.cuckhead.com/wotlk/item=47671 without the glyph, because the ticks are too far apart to raise the sp fast enough.

I reached 126.2% haste today (827 rating+464 rating+nature's grace+power infusion+heroism+13% from talents, 25.22+18.4+20+20+30+13=126.2) and my rejuv was six seconds long. Doesn't scale to 100%, apparently.
I used a normal healing build, I'll be trying it with various setups to see if some talents are messing up my instant 20k heal for 300 mana.

You'd need 30,877 haste rating to make rejuv a 1 second duration.

(15 + 3) / 1.1 / 1.03 / 1.03 / 1.05 / 1.2 / 1.3 * 100 * 32.79 = 30,876.843...

Thats exactly what I did, along with G o Wild Growth and G o Swiftmend.

With this and Ephemeral Snowflake rujevantion has quickly become my top raid heal. Previously it was wild growth. I pop snowflake every 2 mins with a macro and throw rejuv up on the damage takers. The big bonus is snowflake now generates mana quicker and generation without G o Innervate is not an issue.

Many druids will opt for G o Rejuvenation but I find it's only useful sometimes as others have noted. Plus keeping tanks topped off with rapid rejuv is a huge help.

Gave this glyph a try, but quickly got rid of it again.

I personally like the longer duration of Rejuvenation, especially with the increasing amount of fights where the whole raid takes constant aura damage (Twin Valkyr, Festergut, Blood-queen, Sindragosa). That's where you need a ticking HoT that just lasts long, so you can load up as many players as possible.

Without this glyph I am able to keep Rejuvenation up on at least 10 players, and still have time for some spare heals in between. With the glyph that would be hardly possible, and would result in a lot more overhealing as well.

Wild Growth, Nourish and Swiftmend. These are glyphs that i can't for now change to anything.

Wild Growth: Self explanatory, this is propably the most used spell in any raid fight, healing 1 additional target is alot, increased by T10 bonus aswell. 1 less person to target for healing. Ticks for 840 downto 700 each 7 seconds = roughly 5390 healing per person.

Nourish: Some here fail to see how much this actually increases your healing, especially tank healing. I did a little test back in Dalaran, nourish normally heals for 6k, crit 9k, apply rejuvenation, regrowth and lifebloom and it heals 8k, crit 12k. So this adds at max 2-3k more healing for nourish, scaling with hots. I might add you can spam this constantly with just bit above 1 second cast time.

Swiftmend: If you considered glyph of nourish good you realize losing a hot on tank is not good. Casting them again cost a gcd, and because swiftmend propably takes the more effective hot in account (regrowth), losing that is not nice. Tank healing means hotting him and then spamming nourish and swiftmend when he gets suddenly low, this glyph is awesome support to it.
Combine with rejuvenation for raid members give a quick heal and leaves little supportive hot with just 2 quick casts.

Rapid rejuvenation: First of all, it is said that druid's soft haste cap is 505 and going beyond that will not help in gcd anymore cause it'll be 1s. This glyph however give haste another meaning.
Rejuvenation ticks for 2300 x 6 = roughly 13800 healing done. With 14,76% haste this allows to 16189 healing in the full duration if i count right. In theory this is maybe in line with numbers above but it requires druid to refresh the rej faster (it does absolutely nothing useful if it is not refreshed), but it conflicts with above 2 glyphs and their abilities. In raid environment the longer hot i can have on raid member the better. It is good blizzard realized this for Cataclysm and made all hots last normal duration but just tick more times.

My gear itemlevel is 251+ by average if it puts these numbers into perspective.

I use this glyph to (1)keep tanks HOT with Rejuvenation and to (2)keep Idol Spell Power topped out. The rest is Wildgrowth, Nourish and Swiftmend. With a haste score of 715, this keeps it simple (4 cast buttons) and tank heal efficient.
