Part of the new promotion from Mountain Dew (Mountain Dew Game Fuel).

To get fuel for your Battle-Bot, go to the site and select "The Battle-Bot Pet: Claim now and fuel up", if you have the pet it'll give you an option to either pick the Red Battle Fuel or Blue Battle Fuel. If not you will receive the pet and be able to obtain fuel the next day.

You receive the Battle Fuel in game through the mail system and it doesn't matter if you pick Blue or Red.

You can get a stack of 5 Battle Fuel per day.

The actual soda tastes a bit like ginger ale and gasoline so i wouldn't be surprised if this fuel packs quite a punch when used in a robot.

Be sure to pick these up from the mail before midnight. It gives you a warning when you redeem it on the Mountain Dew/Battle.Net website, but the in-game mail claims to have a 30 day duration, which is false. The mail with your daily batch of fuel expires at the end of the day.

If you get a friend and mix opposite fuel with each other they'll begin to fight, losing HP per attack. Pretty clever for non-combat pets.

So let me get this straight, if I have red fuel (Horde I assume)...
It can... kill Alliance pets?

So on a PvP server I'm standing next to a flagged Alliance and my battle-bot attacks his Oozling?
Or can it attack Horde's non-combat pets too?
Only other battle-bots?

Enclosed is your requested order of amazing Battle-Bot Fuel!

Be sure to keep your pint-sized pugilist filled with fuel for maximum fun. But remember: Colors the same, all will be tame. Red plus blue, a fight will Brew!

With the Mountain Dew promotion now over, there does not appear to be any way to collect more fuel.

It would be nice if Blizzard could add a vendor for this fuel somewhere. It doesn't have to be Mountain Dew branded, but our pets are getting thirsty!

Problem with these items is that they only stack to 20 so quickly begins to take up bank space. Also if you fuel your bot and for any reason it is put away (such as encountering a load screen for a instance or teleport) it will be empty of fuel when you take it out again even if it encountered no other battle bots. There has been no indication, as of yet, that more fuel will be available with end of Mountain Dew promotion and bot is rather bland looking unfueled.

I wish Alchemists could make the fuel - the pet seems dull without it and there is no way to get more fuel.

Make the recipe a drop random in the world.. something.
