Blizzard have added new crafted accessories for pvp gear in 3.1. as well as making the existing crafted pvp sets have set bonuses. This should help people new to pvp be able to just spend a small amount of gold and have an okay starter set of gear with stamina and resilience.

Old Caster Sets with new set bonuses
Cloth - Frostsavage Battlegear
Leather - Overcaster Battlegear
Mail - Stormhide Battlegear
Plate - Ornate Saronite Battlegear

Old Physical Sets with new set bonuses
Leather - Eviscerator's Battlegear
Mail - Swiftarrow Battlefear (Currently miss spelt Battlefear instead of Battlegear)
Plate - Savage Saronite Battlegear

All of these sets have set bonuses of
4 pieces: +75 Stamina.
6 pieces: +50 Resilience Rating.

New Caster Accessories
Neck - Sky Sapphire Amulet
Cloak - Cloak of Crimson Snow
Ring - Runed Mana Band

New Physical Accessories
Neck - Emerald Choker
Cloak - Frostguard Drape
Ring - Scarlet Signet

And as there is already two level 80 pvp rings ingame, Savage Titanium Band and Savage Titanium Ring this means you will only need trinkets, weapons and relics/wands.
