Not a bad item, but the use effect is amazingly worthless. Increasing your stamina won't give you more health and increasing your intellect won't give you more mana (unless you stop to eat/drink after activating it, but then you're using up a lot of the 1 minute duration). All you'll really be gaining is a bit of crit from the intellect and a bit of mana regen from the spirit.

I suppose you could use it when preparing for a tough 'boss' fight for a quest or something, but I still wish they would have made it something more interesting considering the ten minute cooldown.

This item is actually quite imba for a level 29 feral druid twink! Use it with Skullbreaker enchanted with Mongoose (Yes, its item level 35+ and yes, it can proc in shapeshift now.) Pretty nice alternative to the classic 29 feral druid stick with Agii+25/Crusader. :)

only possible use i would see with this is increasing stamina for running flags in WSG, +16 stamina for a minute. shouldn't take more than a minute to run the flag across.

Must be equipped to be effective. You can't equip, cast the on-use, then switch out. The buff disappears... Lame.
