Night Elf Mohawk can be found at the following locations:

Horde Easy Access:

Durotar: 52,70 (On the path leading to Sen'jin Village)
Eversong Woods: 40,33 (On the grass between the gate to the Ruins of Silvermoon and the bridge to Sunstrider Isle)
Tirisfal Glades: 41,53 (Just off the end of the exit path of Deathknell)
Mulgore: 35,78 (On the path leading to Red Cloud Mesa)

Alliance Easy Access:

Elwynn Forest: 46,49 (Right outside of Northshire.) Credit: Uruloken
Note: I don't have any Alliance toons, if anyone feels like posting coords I'll edit them in.

A right-click dialog option allows you to believe in Mr Mohawk and receive a Mohawk Grenade with 5 charges, which applies a 1 hour duration buff Mohawked! when thrown at players. Grenades are thrown as per other AoE spells/items.

Edited for clarity: The grenades apply a buff, I'm unsure where the Mask as a BoP item comes from.

Sadly they broke stealth when used.
But hey us rogues can go now to the city and pity the other faction there. (Best spot is auction house or bank).

Hmmm just a thought but has anyone any idea to whether there's an achievement of some kind hidden away for been mohawked and having a task to do, i mean com'on this is WoW not the freakin 80's, why on earth have him in the advert....

if there's a feat of strength achi or something alike then ok, but do the kids during todays times even have a clue to the identity of this dude....
i have played with been mohawked for all of 10 minutes and yes i do pity the fool that came up with the brain storming idea of bringing Mr T into the realms of magic and wonder.

i think in reality terms blizz got f*&%'d over while out on the razzle and lost a bet.

I think it's a lovely idea if there's a hidden feat of strength.... but alas has anyone even given it a thought? or has blizz really got bent over while out on the razzle......

Night Elf Mohawk is outside of each race starting area. He will give you 5 grenades that last 1 day.

Just past the arch when leaving red cloud mesa (Tauren Starting area) you will find the Nightelf Mohawk guy, No buying required he just gives them to ya.
