Pretty useless glyph if you ask me. Even for PvE MS is not a significantly large proportion of warrior DPS to make it worth taking for the extra damage.

On the other hand, ther aren't really any DPS increasing glyphs a PvE arms warrior could benefit from.

Just to comment on the "Arms is for PvP".

By saying that, I would assume that you do not think that any warrior should go Fury for PvP, more so specially if you think about arena.

A month or so ago, I would have agreed with you, but now things have changed quite a bit.
If you take a closer look at the Fury tree, there are some new aspect to it that make it much more viable in BGs and Arena.

I won't go in detail because this is not the place to do it, but I think that Arms and Fury, while being a totally different play style, can both be fun in PvP.

Now onto the subject here, the increase in damage and the health reduction halved.
Obviously, no right minded PvPer would try to argue with one another, trying to convince themselves that this is good for PvP. If you compare the 10% increase vs -25% in healing recovery, people tend to get healed for way more than you actually damage them for so... No, this is not for PvP.

Personally, I've tried to PvE in 5-man and raid more lately in Arms and I must say that I'm happily surprised by what I can do. I believe that Arms Warrior (sorry I have yet to try Fury really) can be viable and a great asset in raiding. Compared to some other dps raiding classes I've played, they are much more proactive to play and you actually need to think about how your dps cycle will be.

So this glyph is meant for PvE only, there is no need to argue on that, if you are leveling up to 80 in Arms, I suggest you get it.

My arms warrior is a little under 80 now so only has 2 major glyph spots open, but I find that this glyph is not very desirable. When it changes to not reduce the healing penalty then it will be ok, but I would still take Glyph of Execute and Glyph of Victory Rush before it. In BG's I find Execute overpower and rend to be my buttons of choice almost 10 to 1 over mortalstrike. The only time I mortal strike is if someone is obviously getting heals or if I am about to blade flurry and want to make sure my victim doesn't survive. I find that I hardly ever have the rage to use MS every time it is cooled, and for that reason I also didnt spec Improved MS. Im using other abilities on every global cooldown and dont have time for it. Hell Id even take glyph of rend, execute, and victory rush before glyph of MS as my main 3 in a pvp scenario.

Extra arms war tip: When bladestorming, even if you kill your main target, have something else targetted and be mashing execute when its getting close to over because A) Your rage is gonna be full, and B) All the whirlwinds will 95% of the time proc sudden death when its over. Nothing better than bladestorming a whole group of people, and catching one of them offguard with a 8k execute right before you flop over, I kill so many people that way.

Extra arms war tip: When in a battle with multiple enemies and a few friends to buy you time: REND EVERYTHING before you get to work on one target. If you have the talents to reduce cooldown on overpower and the chance to proc it off rend ticks, your overpower will be active the entire time from the 4+ rends ticking away. Much better with Glyph of Rend because it gives you about 15 seconds of pure overpower time. Then you just pick a target, mortal strike if its a healer, then start pushing both of your win buttons (execute in case sudden death procs, and overpower cause its always gonna be up). Edit: This idea can and should be applied on a small scale. If you are one vs. one against a hunter, throw a rend on his pet before you fear it and switch to the hunter, with him dodging your (NON GLYPHED) mortalstrike, it will make you appreciate the cheap, and deadly overpowers that you can litterally spam on him.
