However you now CANNOT use hamstring to a target which has "stronger" snare on. Eg. you cannot use it on target with crippling poison already on. This reduces effectivity of this glyph, talent in group combat. And well, in 1on1 warrior is really useful, right?

Basically... if they are running at 30% speed, they may as well be running at 0% speed because they won't be going anywhere anytime soon either way.

You guys have to realize that snaring is the main use for hamstring. If it's extra effect goes off, it's twice as good, but you shouldn't be spamming it just for the effect. That's a waste of rage. (However, you may want to be spamming it on, say, a druid which shifts out of it rapidly)

Now what I'm curious about is is whether this stacks multiplicative or additively (additively is what I am assuming and of course that would be better)

I started to think that %50 snare is well enough for me to stay on my target. I'm now considering to change Glyph of Hamstring to Glyph of Overpower and dropping the 3 points of Improved Hamstring for Blood Craze.
