It turns CoEx into a 42-yard spell with Grim Reach, turning it into the farthest-reaching Warlock spell. It should help with Charge-happy Warriors on mounts, possibly.
EDIT: It's actually 42, not 41 as I previously stated. I guess Grim Reach applies to it.

This seems to be the only Minor glyph grants some kind of advantage in BG/Arena combat. Should be a no-brainer for any PVP affliction lock.

Its best to consider Minor glyphs as situational tools that you will have to change often. Adopting this mindset will keep your skills agile and useful to the group.

It is weird to see something like this as a minor Glyth.

It is batter than some Major Glyth.

Modify:Well, actually only one Major Glyth is completely suck. That is Glyth of banish.

But Glyth of COEx is still competitive as a major one.

5 yards gives sum nice advantage in arena, i think this is one of the better minor glyph

In the live game, this item is labeled "Glyph of Curse of Exhausion", not Exhaustion.
