Sold by NPC Cielstrasza in Dragonblight.- on the top level of the Wyrmrest Temple.

To get there you can speak to NPC Tariolstrasz (west side of the bottom level). He calls a drake for you.

She is on your left as you land.

I just got 80. Somebody tells me do I have to wear tabard to get reputation? That means I will only have one tricket during the fight? Will I get reputation if I don't wear it?

Which dungeons exactly are classified as level 80 dungeons, could anyone put together a list?

I'm assuming:

Caverns of Time - The Culling of Stratholme
Gun'Drak
The Oculus
Ulduar: Halls of Lightning
Ulduar: Halls of Stone
Utgarde Pinnacle

Are there others/did I make any mistakes?

Another thing about the tabard ( and any of the other reputation champion tabards) is that while wearing it in an heroic run and making achievements in that run, you get 250 rep points per achievement, which is pretty sweet, i dont know if anyone else has commented on this but it is sometimes an overlooked fact.
