Got this off an Ice Revenant in Dragonblight. Dropped off the 3rd kill. Pretty easy quest to do if you have the gems already. Just port down from Dalaran and scoot over to the Revenants.

They also drop Crystallized Water as a nice bonus.

The Mirror of Dawn is just east of Wyrmrest Temple, There is a bunch of Ice Revenants around it, 4 kill I got my drop, lvl 72 elemental Mob

Got mine off of the Iceshard Elementals in Howling Fjord, on the frozen lakes between HF and Grizzly Hills. They were around 71, flew into Wildervar (since I wasn't yet familiar with Dragonblight). Took three kills.

These drops from other mobs than revenants. Got mine from one of those walking stone statues called Stormwatcher in NW of Scholazar Basin while killing Revenants in the area.

Icetouched Earthragers in Zul'Drak right near Ebon Watch are the best for me. A minute Flight Path from Dalaran and a drop within the first 5 kills usually. Fastest way to get it done

It's worth noting, and this is true for the other JC dailies, that the drop rates include kills by people not on the quest... which is why they report so low. Took me 2 kills for this.

Seems you cannot loot more than one at a time. You need to get one every day.

The easiest ones to get if you are significantly lower than expected level (I have been doing JC Dailies on my level 67 Warlock Alt) is at in the Borean Tundra off Steam Ragers.

well i killed like 15-20 ice revenants and still no drop...
dragonblight are anear the lake east of wyrmrest.

As a level 65 priest, I've been managing to do the JC daily quests...well...daily. I've yet to encounter a quest which the necessary item cannot be found on a level 70 or 71 NPC in Borean Tundra or Howling Fjiord. It's somewhat difficult, takes either dispersion or a mana pot to do it, but I can always get it done and usually the item drops after 1-3 kills. So, for anyone with a lower level toon that is high in Jewel Crafting like me (435 skill currently), you CAN do these dailies at the quest's minimum required level of 65.

This one, for example, will drop off any of the elementals in Borean Tundra, I chose the earth ones southeast of Death's Stand, on the coast just south of the Ziggaraut there, but any will do. I just chose these over the Dragonblight ones since these were the lowest level ones I could find. Happy questing!

The primary place to pick this item up is in dragonblight, just east of wyrmrest temple. Plenty of ice revenants there. Got mine the first kill.

Doesn't appear to be dropping from Brittle Revenants after finishing the Hodir rep grind. Seething Revenants are fine.
