If this rating goes through this means, just as an example, a boss like Void Reaver, %based armor pe would be better because he has hiher armor. But in a case like Patchwerk % based pen is worse because Patchwerk has next to no armor.

I'm Mutilate. Have this and Cob-Web Machete. Both enchanted with +50 AP. Really nice PvE combo.

Tryed it in PvP - also works cool. And looks cool.

Obtained from Amphitheater of Anguish in Zul'drak, good weapon will last you almost to 80. (Unless you stamstack ofcourse).
