This trinket really shines when using a DWing frost build to level. I've leveled a DK as 2h blood and 2h unholy and never gave this trinket much thought. While leveling a new DK as DW frost I notice this thing is procced on nearly every fight.

In an instance you should be attacking from behind so you can't get parried but for solo questing this thing isn't easily beat.

Great tanking trinket - am having trouble finding replacement 10 levels later still using. Procs every fight when not on cooldown (even trinkets without a listed cooldown usually have one - about 45 seconds to 1 minute).
