This weapon is called "Tower of the Infinite Mind".

This weapon can also be used for healing like the Medicant Staff from the same quest, however the crit and hit on this weapon would be more preferred on a dps caster.

i would say this staff is compareable to the S2 staff.

the stats are trown around abit, but it is abit similar and around the same item lvls(2 lvls difference)

mouse over the spell damage on this weapon, it says spell dmg increased by 199.
mouse over the spell dmg on the healer staff, it says healing increased by 375.

they can both be used for dps, but one is better for healing. this is the new mechanic to help healer keep only one set

It says normal "Hit Rating" and normal "Crit Rating" instead of "Spell Hit Rating" and "Spell Crit Rating". Like this, it seems like it adds to melee, which is probably not intended.

@Amiko, you can't compare item lvls of blues with item lvls of epics.
Karazhan epics are Ilvl 115, but they are far better than ilvl 115 blues.

HORDE

There are three quest chains and one quest you have to complete before you get the quest Hellscream's Champion which rewards the axe

* Starting with The defense of Warsong Hold, get it from from High Overlord Saurfang in Warsong Hold, and ending with
step:6 Tank ain't Gonna Fix Itself

* Starting with Untold Thruths, get it from the Shadowstalker Barthus 43,55 and hen go to the quy laying on the ground who is surrounded by a green cloud, outside
Warsong Hold in the Quarry area- coordinates 40,52, and ending with step 7: Foolish Endeavors

* Starting with The Wondrous Bloodspore, get it from Bloodmage Laurith at the Bloodspore Plains in the Borean Tundra
-coordinates 53,53, and ending with step:6 Trophies of Gammoth

* Do the 3 quests rom Mobu 32,54 - Superstrong Metal Plates!, Mobu's Pneumatic Tank Transjigamarig and Tanks alot...

* Then do the quest The plains of Nassam offered by the guy standing next to Mobu - Gorge the Corpsegrinder. Turn this quest in to Hellscream and he should now offer you the quest Hellscream's Champion.

ALLIANCE

Alliance have to do a four step quest chain starting with Finding the Phylactery in Thassarian and ending with
quest Last Rites which will give the same rewards as Horde.
