Can I have another enchanter use these on my armor, or do I have to be the enchanter to be able to use this... because what if I want to replace some gear but not the enchant, and I'm without the skill of enchanting?

Can these be used with ring enchants, such as Enchant Ring - Striking or Enchant Ring - Stats? Last time I checked rings counted as armor, so theoretically, this should work.

Note: Enchants applied to vellums through the trade window go through and do not create the scroll wasting the enchanting mats and leaving an "enchanted" vellum. Trade the vellum to the enchanter if you want it done that way.

No one here talked about the actual inscription i.e.: you get this at such and so skill, the best place to get the ink is xyz.

This is the information people want on the vellum. A discussion about what enchants goes on the vellum is best handled on the actual enchant.

For example: Enchant Bracer Assault - Discussion: This enchant requires 310 skill and requires that the item be lvl 35 or above, or you can put it on ARMOR VELLUM II.

Low level herbs can GET costly. If Northrend herb stacks such as Adder's Tongue, Icethorn, Tiger Lily, etc are cheaper, it would be ideal to have a scribe mill those and trade ink of seas down to get the celestial ink.

apparently any scribe that makes this for you it actually creates 2 vellums for 1 mats worth
