Kind of odd that this would be in an end-game PvE instance, however.

Socketed with https://www.cuckhead.com/wotlk/item=32195, this is the neck with the single most +healing in the game currently, afaik. So even for the most hardcore pve players it's not a wasted drop.

Oh and it does drop from the Eredar Twins in Sunwell Plateau.
