It's one of those really annoying quests, not one to do if you've got pot buffs ticking.

Found them under Burning Wreckages (found on the top of the water) at different depths.

It's easier to bob up and down to the surface and scout out the wreckages. However, if dive bombing isn't your thing you can also toggle the tool kit from the surface of the water if they aren't that deep.

Good explain,on the bottom there are some boxes and u shall use your "toolbox" on those to, btw the drop rate sucks

Renn McGill gives you a bag "Renn's Supplies". Which gives you the "Salvage Kit" & "Repaired Diving Gear". Equip the Diving Gear & it will replace your helm.

The debris is along the bottom, but because of the murky water it's hard to see until you're close. Fortunately, there's burning wreckage on the surface marking where they are.
