The quest provided from this item only grants 250 reputation with Netherwing and a green item that usually is sold to vendor since if you have Artisan Riding you should have nice gear too.

It's more red and partially more digested then your average partially digested hand.

Arvour the Rapacious is the elite 72 purple colored Overmine Flayer. You need to clear the area of the regular overmine flayers and keep your fingers crossed that they don't respawn when you take on Arvour since he can fear your party.
