This is a fantastic way of getting cooking up. The tenderloins drop at a 100% rate from the Moongraze around Exodar, and they stack in 50s. With the recipe not going green until 65, able to be gotten at only level 1 cooking, and a lack of any other ingredients needed except the tenderloin, it's probably one of my favorite ways to level cooking in the beginning.

This post is for players who stupidly like myself vendored all of their "quest only" patterns for cooking then decided you wanted them all back when you decided to finally level it....open a ticket and ask a GM to have the item restored....they will forward the request to the "lost items" department & in a few days they should send it to you via ingame mail :)

My horde rogue actually pumped his throwing/unarmed against these things while he was doing explore Teldrassil...couldn't get this recipie tho. Allied players who don't care about getting the cooking recipie achievements can sell this on the neutral auction house for quite a nice bit of coin from Hordies. Like Hordies selling the Dig Rat stew recipie.

Not a bad way to farm gold on horde side if you have another alliance toon that you can park in booty bay.

Create a draenei and lvl to 4 (15-20min?). Complete quest and mail recipe to your parked auction house toon. get a friend to xfer over to horde side and sell. I have seen this recipe go for up to 500g for people looking to get the cooking achievement.

Someone tried selling this for 1.5k g on my server. When I said it was too much they lowered it to 1k. Not sure if they actually sold it for that much, but I am not that rich, and definitely will have better things to spend my money on later.

Since i have two accounts, im able to (on a pvp server) farm these and "sell" to my horde character who then sells it on the horde auction house.
I´we sold this recipe for as much as 1000g, but i wouldnt say thats the normal price. But you could easily get a couple of hundred gold for it without any problem. Especially since ppl are farming every recipe available for achievements and stuff.

Its a great way of making gold if you got 2 accounts anyway!

Oh and by the way, it takes about 15 minutes to get it! ;)

Great gold maker....I usually buy them off AH myself for a song, Than jack em up. They always sell!
