It's absolutely useless against the rogues. Even if it will cure 1 poison effect you'll become more vulnerable to other effects because of that -50 Nature Resistance.

I don't think it is useful as You dispel one effect and the rest hit you harder... (-50 nature resiestance).

Does this item still work at level 80? Other poison-removal consumables like Strong Anti-Venom have a level cap mentioned in the tooltip.
The -50 nature resistance and 2 minute cooldown may limit its usefulness, but for a particulary nasty potion that isn't applied very often it could be of some use if no cleansing is available.

Currently (and since they came out, far as I know), these little wankers DO NOT REMOVE HUNTER'S SERPENT STING.

Don't ask why, I don't have an effing clue. But twice I've submitted a ticket saying they aren't working on serpent sting (I'm a rogue), and twice I get an email saying it's working as intended.

Okay, so what the #$%^ did I get rep up with sporeggar for? And WTF kind of poison is serpent sting, if these shrooms can't remove it?

So if you're a rogue wanting these for fighting hunters, don't bother at least as of right now. (Today is 12-18-07) Hopefully it will be changed later.

Serpent Sting is a DoT Nature effect, not a poison. This only works against effects specifically designated as "Poisons."

Nice item to use against Rogue's Crippling Poison since majority of the PvP Rogues tend to stick with slow debuff to murder clothies.

For Warlocks, if you can get away with doing more damage to the Rogue than receiving, Redcap Toadstool easily replaces HS when they CoS+Vanish to prepare another ambush.
