The treat bag from which the object originates is received by speaking to an Inn Keeper during the Hallow's End event.

Unlike the masks that drop from the treat bags and some of the Hallow's End candy, these have no duration. However, you can only use the wand 5 times before it disappears.

These used to be instant-cast, but now the effect takes 3 seconds to cast onto the selected party member.

something interesting and cool (in my opinion) happened to me 2day. i went to do my hourly track or treat and got this costume, i thought "nice" and went to do some fishing. When i started fishing i noticed my fishing pole and line also had turned light transparent blue =D kinda cool to look at.

Did anyone else notice that when you are a ghost you get slow fall?

Interestingly, when someone used this on me, I noticed I got this buff from the death knight gladiator's set.

My guess is it's a bug.

Using this or any other Hallow's End wand will flag you for PvP if the target is flagged for PvP.

u can also get them during halloween from innkeepers bcaz trick or treat rewards, or u can kill them anytime and hope they drop it
