If you are doing Argent Tournament dailies for gold DO NOT complete your 5th Valiant's Charge quest for your races 5th faction. Doing so will cost you about 50g per day in dailies that can be completed for the most part at the same time as your Champion dailies.

This is relevant as of patch 3.1.1. You may very well need to complete the achievement for the promised expansion of the argent tournament coming in a future patch.

This is very easy to do. For every rep just do the quests in the starting zone. It took me 30 minutes to do UC when I had 18,000/21,000 rep by just doing the Deathknell quests. For others I suggest doing the first two quest hubs. If you still don't have enough a few Writs should take care of that!

Anyone looking for an easier way to do this, with whatever faction you want to hit exalted with, simply become a valiant and never turn in your "The Valiant's Charge" quest for the 25 seals. You can still do the dailies for rep as long as you remain a valiant, works wonders.

This is just for info folks. If you plan to change faction at any time, there is in the small print a section about the argent tournament. You will unfortunately (like I did) lose all your argent rep including any titles you have for the respective factions. You will however be able to keep any mounts you purchased, they will simply be changed to the opposite faction mount.
This caused me over a months worth of grind to be wiped, most annoying. So beware if you fancy a change.
