With last night's PTR build, it looks like Dragonflight Pre-Patch Phase 2 will include all the Beta Class tuning.
This is important because the
Phase 2 Patch Notes
only include some of the class tuning that is on the Beta. However, the PTR build pushed last night contains
ALL
the Beta class tuning and this same build has been pushed to live servers.
