Today's 8.1.5 PTR build added several changes previewed in the earlier
Official Patch Notes
, including changing mana costs and Beast Mastery buffs. Several reagents for Tools of the Trade crafted items have also changed.

Cost changed from 15.0% of base mana to 10.0% of base mana
Sprout thorns for 12 sec on the friendly target. When victim to melee attacks, thorns deals up to 5% of the attackers total health in Nature damage.
Attackers also have their movement speed reduced by 50% for 4 sec.
