To get this, you'll need a LOT of help. In the Chain to get this, you need to beat a 42 elite fire elemental, guarded by about 30+ level 39 mobs in a tight closed in castle. Also you'll need Uldaman runs, there's twink Boots down there if you're an Assassin Rogue with Fleet Footed and don't need the highlander Boots, and already have the Attack Power boosts from Assault on both your Bracers and Gloves. If you're twinking, start this chain @ around level 36-37, tons of xp, ulda and rfd runs, and you gotta kill tough stuff.. bottom line.

The horde version of this neck can be obtained at level 30 after a long quest chain.

The quest chain is as follows:

1) Hunt for Yenniku
2) Headhunting
3) Bloodscalp Clan Heads

4) Speaking with Nezzliok
5) Speaking with Gan'zulah
(4 and 5 are done together)

6) The Fate of Yenniku
7) The Singing Crystals
8) The Mind's Eye
9) Saving Yenniku

A little off the current topics of the comments regarding stats and twinkage, this neck item seems to be a reference to the Wizard of Oz, where the Lion receives a Medallion to promote courage (because he has no courage) from the Wizard. Another notion to this is the fact that the icon itself has lion in it.

The item in Warcraft 3 is also called Medal Of Courage and it gives 4 strengh and 4 agility to the wearer (there were just Strengh, Agility and Intelligence attributes).

Although this one is a good one for shamans, I still feel that the Triune Amulet is a good choice as well, maybe even a better one.

That said, I was extremely lucky to obtain one, whereas this medal is much more easy to obtain.

whats unfair to me is that the horde has an EZmode quest appearantly and the alliance has to go through a !@#$load of trouble for it

simple solution? when you have you characters, friends at alliance.. leave all for blizzard is fools to make difference in favor for horde.. thats so stupid, wake up kiddie
