This is likely a foolish post - but has anyone seen this drop recently? I've done DTK every day for the past 20 days and haven't seen it drop yet. I know there's always a chance you won't see it, but I want to make sure it's still on the loot table. =)

This ring has higher spirit than any ring in the game right now, including any ring "of spirit" (highest is Puzzle Ring, +49).

Edit: This holds true, even into patch 3.1.

Finally saw this thing drop on my resto druid after countless runs. Didn't even see it on my warrior runs. Lost the roll to a lock. He said it was an upgrade and that locks need spirit too. That's technically true I guess. I still called him an idiot. Is this a wah wah post? You bet your sweet behind it is.
