The Guildbank comment is correct. i have just verified this on my banker toon in an effort to farm "Chipped" Power Cores, which are also usable by any lvl but have even higher Spell bonus.

I build lvl 10 twinks and many classes gain huge benefits at lvl 10 by small boosts in Spell damage. So i wanted to be able to farm and store these Crystals. Since the "Chipped" version of this crystal is better, i have posted my farming spot and methods over there under that item's comments section.

The short answer for storage is that you can store as many as you like in either your mail system (resending to alts every 29 days or less) or you can drop them one by one in a Giuld bank but your regular bank will not work.

these are great for dmg boost at low lvls.. and is not bad for high lvls either.. i mean who does not want +15 spell dmg?
