Starts 'Destroy The Legion' quest. This involves killing 6 each of the lashers, felguards and elementals between Splintertree Post & WSG Lumber Camp.

These mobs will also drop an item 'Diabolical Plans' which starts a quest of the same name. It's easy, just return it to Valusha when you go back to complete 'Destroy the Legion'.

The bonus quest gives 1200 xp and a little rep. The main quest gives 2450 xp and some rep also.

Then.... plans quest begins 'Never Again!' which involves slaying the two dreadlords mentioned in the plans.

The rewards tor the 'Never Again!' quest is a choice of one of these three items. https://www.cuckhead.com/wotlk/search=argas as well as rep & xp.

This NPC is involved in 3 quests that i can see so far.

1: destroy the legion. go kill 6 infernals, felguards and mannaroc lashers

2: Diabolic plans. the mobs mentioned above might dropp a scroll called diabolic plans which starts a quest to inform valusha about.

after you turned in diabolic plans 3 opens up
3: Never again. you are ordered to kill the ring leaders of the diabolc plans. which are two local dread lords whos name i forgot.

the never again quest gives a choice of three rings.
-one ring is +3 in and + 7 spelld damage and healing.
-one ring is 4-5 stamina and strength
-one ring is seom agi and some stam i think.
