Greetings. Over the last day or two, we've applied a multitude of changes for tuning prior to 7.0.3 launch. Usually during betas, the community largely determines changes through datamining and comparing what changed between builds. But with hotfixes, that's much harder. Once we launch, we'll follow our normal procedures of posting hotfix notes, but for this last round of tuning before launch, I've listed what changed below.
Note that this is the tuning we're doing for 7.0.3 launch, but we will of course adjust after launch if needed. The goal is for all classes and specs to be viable, so if any prove not to be, rest assured that we will continue iterating.
Shared- Tank artifacts now passively increase damage done by up to 20% (was 40%), based on artifact trait points spent.
Mage: Legion Class Overview- 守护者之力 now increases Arcane damage by 5% (was 3%).
- 烈焰之地 damage increased by 200%.
- 镜像's Fireball damage reduced by 11%.
- 烈焰飞舞 now has a 45sec cooldown (was 40sec).
- 燃烬风暴 damage reduced by 11%.
- 冰枪御体 now reduces damage taken by 2/4/6% (was 4/8/12%).
Warlock: Legion Class Overview- 牺牲魔典 damage reduced by 33% for Affliction.
- 法力分流 cost reduced by 17%.
- 灾祸大师 now increases 烧尽 damage by 3/6/9% (was 4/8/12%).
- 火热交加 now reduces 烧尽 cast time by 2/4/6% (was 3/6/10%).
- 厄运箭 damage reduced by 15% for Demonology.
- 萨奇尔的吞噬 now hits for 6% of pets' max HP (was 10% of current HP).
- 暗影灼烧 damage reduced by 7%.
- 永恒斗争 now reduces damage taken by 3/6/9% (was 10/20/30%).
Priest: Legion Class Overview- 唤醒纳鲁 proc chance is now 20% (was 15%).
- T'uure's 灼热之光 damage reduced by 30%.
- T'uure's 耀眼光芒 healing increased by 50%.
- T'uure's 祝福之光 healing increased by 50%.
- T'uure's 光明喷发 damage reduced by 40%.
- 敬畏 now increases 快速治疗 and Heal healing by 3/6/9% (was 5/10/15%).
- 悔罪 now increases 苦修 damage by 4/8/12% (was 5/10/15%).
Rogue: Legion Class Overview- 影舞步 damage increased by 24%.
- 影袭 damage increased by 6%.
- 可乘之机 proc made more responsive.
Druid: Legion Class Overview- 大德鲁伊的力量 now has a spell alert.
- 邪恶撕咬 now increases 裂伤 damage by 7/14/21% (was 5/10/15%).
- 锯齿利爪 now increases 痛击 damage by 10/20/30% (was 4/8/12%).
- 重殴 damage reduced by 40%.
- 横扫 and 月火术 for Guardian damage increased by 20%.
- 裂伤 damage increased by 10%.
- 粉碎 damage increased by 50%.
- 割裂 damage increased by 14%.
- 斜掠 damage increased by 14%.
- 撕碎 damage reduced by 35%.
- 凶猛撕咬 damage reduced by 35%.
- 月火术 (月之灵) damage increased by 25%.
- 野蛮挥砍 damage reduced by 25%.
- 痛击 (Cat) damage reduced by 33%.
- 暗影痛击 damage reduced by 66%.
- 锯齿创伤 now causes affected Bleeds to tick and expire 33% faster (was 40%).
- Ferals now gain 50% bonus Haste from gear.
- 清晰预兆 (Feral) proc rate increased by 50% (from 3.5ppm to 5.25ppm)
- 野蛮咆哮 now costs 40 Energy (was 25).
- 丛林之魂 now restores 12 Energy per Combo Point (was 8).
- 撕碎 now deals 50% increased damage while stealthed (was 20%).
- 强力撕咬 now increases 凶猛撕咬 critical strike damgae by 7/14/21% (was 5/10/15%).
- 锋锐利齿 now increases 割裂 damage by 7/14/21% (was 5/10/15%).
- 锋利兽爪 now increases 横扫 damage by 7/14/21% (was 5/10/15%).
- 撕裂血肉 now increases 斜掠 damage by 7/14/21% (was 5/10/15%).
- 撕碎者之牙 now increases 撕碎 damage by 15% (was 10%).

Demon Hunter: Legion Class Overview- damage increased by 100%.
- 邪能之刃 damage reduced by 45% for Vengeance.
- 邪能爆发 damage reduced by 65% for Vengeance.
- 火刑 damage reduced by 50%.
萨满祭司- 头狼 damage reduced by 60%, and now lasts 8sec (was 10sec).
- 风暴之锤 now increases 风暴打击 damage by 8% (was 15%).
- now increases damage by 35% (was 20%)
- 超载 now causes Lightning Bolt to spend up to 45 野性狼魂 (was 60).
- 狂怒风暴 now increases 风暴打击 damage by 25% (was 30%).
- 熔岩武器 direct damage reduced by 17%, and periodic damage reduced by 33%.
- 毁灭闪电 initial damage reduced by 26%, and triggered damage increased by 33%.
- 风暴打击 damage reduced by 5%.
- 熔岩猛击 damage reduced by 5%.
- 毁灭漩涡 now has a 25% chance to proc from 熔岩猛击 (was 5 RPPM).
- 元素宗师 chance (base and per Mastery) reduced by 20%.
- 引雷针 now copies 40% of affected damage (was 30%).
- 岩浆图腾 damage increased by 75%.
- 漩涡之力 now has a 15% proc chance (was 25%).
- 元素冲击 damage increased by 17%.
- 火元素's Fire Blast damage reduced by 10%.
- 火元素's Immolate direct damage reduced by 20% and periodic damage reduced by 14%.
- 火焰风暴 now increases damage by 8/16/24% (was 10/20/30%).
- 暴雨图腾 now stores 25% of healing (was 30%).
- 潮汐图腾 healing increased by 25%, but now heals up to 6 targets.
- 日积月累 now correctly applies after each tick of 治疗之潮图腾 (was before).
猎人- 瞄准射击 damage increased by 2%.
- 黑箭 damage reduced by 19%.
- 风之箭矢 now increases 瞄准射击 damage by 12% (was 10%).
圣骑士- 祝福之锤 damage reduced by 25%.
- 大十字军 is now learned at level 28 (was 50).
- Protection level 15 (, 十字军审判, 复仇原点) and 30 (祝福之锤, , 神圣之盾) talent rows have swapped places.
- 狂热殉道者 now reduces 殉道者之光 cost by 50% (was 35%).
死亡骑士- 横扫爪击 damage reduced by 10%.
- 脓疮打击 damage reduced by 5%.
- 血虫 damage increased by 263%.
- 白骨风暴 damage reduced by 8%, but fixed a bug where it couldn't critically strike.
- 迅速凋零 now increases Runic Power generation by 15% (was 20%).
- 凝血 now increases 血之疫病 damage by 4/8/12% (was 8/16/24%).
- 腐蚀吞噬 now increases 枯萎凋零 damage by 4/8/12% (was 5/10/15%).
- 血脉撕裂 now increases 心脏打击 damage by 3/6/9% (was 4/8/12%).
- 鲜血亲和 now increases Physical damage by 5% (was 8%).
- 心脏打击, 灵界打击, 血液沸腾 for Blood, 枯萎凋零 for Blood, 吞噬, and 饮血者 damage increased by 15%.
战士- 猛击 now costs 20 Rage (was 15) and damage increased by 33%.
- 旋风斩 damage reduced by 15% for Arms.
- 战斗狂热 now increases 旋风斩 damage by 30% (was 50%).
- 新鲜血肉 now increases critical strike chance by 40% (was 30%).
- now lasts 10sec (was 8sec).
- 暴怒, 嗜血, 旋风斩 for Fury, 怒击, 斩杀 for Fury, and 狂暴挥砍 damage reduced by 5%.
- 势不可挡 now increases 暴怒 damage by 3/6/9% (was 3/6/10%).
- 狂野挥砍 now increases 狂暴挥砍 damage by 7/14/21% (was 3/6/10%).
- 狂怒斗士 now increases damage by 1/2/3% (was 3/6/10%).
- 愤与怒 now increases 怒击 damage by 5/10/15% (was 3/6/10%).
- now grants 5% Haste per stack (was 4%).
- 怒火中烧 now increases 怒击 damage by 150% (was 100%).
- 盾牌猛击, 毁灭打击, 雷霆一击, 复仇, and 重伤 damage increased by 5%.
- 阵亡者之怒 now increases 复仇 damage by 6/12/18% (was 4/8/12%).
