If you move while drinking this your "Iceblock" like graphic will be away from where your character is (I posted a screen shot)

Lord of Frost's Private Label was also found in the Ice Chest, left behind when you killed Ahune <The Frost Lord>. However, they only count towards the Brew of the Year achievement if you received them by being a Brew of the Month member.

nothing like a refreshing drink after a hard battle

This drink causes you to be able to see your breath as your character breathes, like how you normally would on a cold day in real life. This doesn't do anything else other than what is listed here.
