Nice paladin tanking legs available with badges. Costs 100 badges and it can be bought from Isle of Quel'Danas.
Best badge legs for paladins, having nice amount of stamina, spell damage and avoidance.

I am sitting at 16k hp unbuffed and about 4.5k mana. I never have mana issues. Being the MT helps a lot though, but still never have problems. AS + consecrate for initial threat usually drops me to 70% mana, but it gets topped off very fast from heals.

? I cant deside whats better for a tankadin.. If you have enough spelldmg.. then its always best to get the sunguard legplates right?

You guys talking about expertise are forgetting the survival component. It's a two-for one deal on threat and reducing the likelyhood of inducing a life-ending double swing against some of the more hardcore melee damage bosses.
Infact, I wasn't in bad gear when ZA came out, but the first time I ran into those bear mounted guys I had no idea what I was in for till it was way too late. Double swing with his buff up turned into nearly instant death- from 100% to 10%, then dead. And that was just trash. I bring expertice with me there now every single run just for those peticular mobs.
Granted paladins don't get shoved infront of too many of these kinds of bosses in the bleeding edge guilds and whatnot- but having some of the gear just incase one day you're asked to probably isn't such a bad idea.

Just want to comment. Expertiese is VERY good to have for EVERY tank coz of the Parry-gibb. (for those who don't know the if ur attack is parryed by a mob he gets 40% speed bost on next attack.) This can be the difference between life and death in a boss situation. I have seen boss doing a melee then a sec l8r another getting the tank to a LOW hp. So all i wanted to say is that Expertise = Less attacks Parry-gibbed = Less attacks taken = Avoidance. So i would highly recomend to take some Expertise. Tho not commanly seen in pally tank gear but still.... And to comment on spellhit. Spellhit does so pally Taunt, Avengers Shield and Judges get Resisted less. A resisted or missed AS when ur tanking For example Al'ar adds can be fatal for a raid when MD is on cd.. :X

Actually, expertise is good when you have quite a bit of spell damage (600+), due to the co-effiecients with Seal of Righteousness. Paladin's tanking T6 content will see that Holy Shield/Blessing of Sanctuary scales poorly with spell damage gear.
Expertise is a good fit for more TPS, avoiding those Dodges and Parry's. The parry-gib is very unlikely to happen, but is still a possibility. Maybe on faster hitting bosses would expertise make the difference in parry-gibs. A little expertise is good just for avoiding extra incoming damage from parry's, even without talking about gibbing.
I personally notice about 100 more TPS with 10 expertise. When reckoning pops (3/5 points in it), TPS goes a lot higher compared to Reckoning without my expertise gear on, and it is very noticeable. 1 expertise ends up equating to around 1 spell damage at 800 TPS.
Mixing a little bit of +Hit (I aim for around 3-5%) and Expertise in your gear set, will definately see a noticeable change in your TPS.
"Spell Damage > Expertise >Spell Hit > Melee Hit" for single target tanking. For AoE tanking, Spell Damage takes the cake by a long shot.
Also, Spell hit does come into play for threat generation more than people think it does. Spells that benefit from +Spell Hit: (Consecrate (first tick has a chance to miss), Holy Shield, Blessing of Sanctuary, JoR/V, Exorcism, and Ret Aura). I found it quite interesting to find out that Holy Shield and Blessing of Sanctuary can actually be resisted (the block counts, but the spell dmg is resisted), which is lost TPS. Keep in mind, resists can be partials or fulls.

I already had the Unwavering Legguards
https://www.cuckhead.com/wotlk/item=33515
for my pally tank before these had even come out. I am still reluctant to change over as i am not sure how much better these would be.
My Unwavering Legguards are as follows with Gems and ench:
Armour: 1406
Stam: 73
Def: 22
SBR: 30
SBV: 59
Runic Spell thread: +35 spell damage + 20 stam
Regal Nightseye: +4 dodge + 6 stam
Enduring Talasite: +4 defense + 6 stam
Solid Star of Elune: +12 stam
socket bonus: + 6 stam
any advice plz?

I'm about to get these leggs (18 badges off but have kara soon :) )
and I'm planning to put 2 +15 stam gems into the socket
So the legs will have:
108 Stam
25 def rating
43 dodge rating
37 SpDamage
((Stats are unbuffed))
In my current gear I have 350 spell damage and 14.5khp, so what I would like to know / get an opinion on is:
Which leg enchant should I put in here?
Nethercleft (40 stam / 12 agility )
which puts it at 148 stamina and 2.75% dodge
or
Golden Spell thread (20tam / 35 SpDamage)
Which makes it 128 stamina and 72 spell damage but lose 0.48% dodge from the agility.
I cant really decide :S currently tanking kara, heroics and probably start ZA + 25man's after I get the legs.

These are being reitemized in Wrath. A preliminary report has a straight conversion of spell damage to strength. All other stats seem to be unchanged.

The "warrior" badge pants might be a good alternative now. Both will have similar stats, but the Sunguard Legplates have itemization spread among defense, dodge, and expertise, which is more efficient, assuming expertise becomes more valuable to paladin tanks.

Nothing like letting your playerbase spend countless hours gaining 100 badges only to later change the stats on the gear without any sort of choice for the end user!
