That script doesn't do anything except says 'false' even if you do it right after the first one lol
Really wish they'd give us an actual drop % rather than a vague "greatly increased".Also, even with a lower drop chance, it's always worth sending an army of alts through it.
Imagine feeling the need to run that script because you already forgot what you did that day.
i read orginal 1st KILL post and said, ... so im doing all my Ques and failing another YEAR, thx not helping blizz
Just tell us what this increased chance is... what if the original drop is 0.1% and the new daily is 1%...
The original droprate is rumored to be 1/3333.Day one: ran the "event" 25 times with characters 60+ and have not even witnessed that the mount dropped for anyone else.
Blizz: "Were gonna up the drop rates for mounts"Players: "By how much?"Blizz: "Were only gonna do this for the first box on your battle.net account a day for holiday mounts." 'So if you don't get it on the first box don't really hope for anything you pieces of S#!T'
So, anyone got it this year yet?
What is the level requirement to get the mount? can i queue as a level 10 on a trial account (no current sub)
Just remember that their 0.0001% drop rate even if increased to 0.001% is a massive increase (at least to their marketing of it). We'll STILL be grinding on as many alts as possible. Also the event itself in their last post about this claims "only level 60+" to qualify for this. Though other sources say it is still at lvl 50+. It'd be super helpful if @SQUISHEI would get both the % and the player level clarified before just quoting blue posts with intentional wording to make players miss the line "the first Heart-Shaped Box you receive each day across your Battle.net account will have a greatly increased chance to contain the X-45 Heartbreaker mount." While clearly visible most peeps aren't reading the blue post, only the verbiage from SQUISHEI above it.Most rare rares are 0.01% (1%) drop rate compared to this frustrating mount.
Ran the boss 48 times today and did not see the mount drop once.
You need to be level 60 to get the box that can drop the mount.
I got the mount three or so years ago. I completely stopped doing the Valentines stuff after, even though there's other stuff to do. I'll be doing it again this year simply because of the traders post. Now, with that out of the way... They should do this with the Headless Horseman. If Blizzard really wants to foster goodwill with the community, they would just increase the drop rates across the board for the rare holiday mounts. Or maybe implement system like 'If you've playing the game for this amount of time, your chances are increased.'The ONE mount I've wanted since I originally played back in 2005 (haven't been subbed continuously; I've come back now and then, but I've been back and current since Legion dropped) has been the damn Horseman mount. I want to fly through the sky leaving green hoofprints in the air behind. Anything else is a poor substitute. I get really disheartened during Hallow's End and contemplate quitting the game after every run I do without getting the mount. (Sidenote: the two most annoying insults have been seeing my fiancee get the mount - though she said she'd happily give it to me if she could and someone in PUG getting a SECOND DAMN TIME and being unable to trade it with anyone in the group.)
Has it always been called X-45 Heartbreaker, or is this a Mandela Effect? lolI swear it used to be called something else on my timeline.
