I think I can agree with the whole "Are they being created with each other in mind" which is not a principal blizzard has put into action for a long time. side note: it is 3:58 am eastern time. wtf.
If they add Dragon Aspects don't make them broken and not tuned properly like covenants, if they add a borrowed power (which at this stage is a given) atleast give DPS the same, healers the same and tanks the same ability easier too tune just make the spells different colours to represent the aspects.3 powers 3 roles much easier to balance XD
My wishlist:No cosmic, gigabrain stuff noone can understandNo overcomplicated and convoluted systemsNo boring $%^& that just feels like a chore (conduits, Torghast, maw grind, Korthia grind)Frequent balancingLess impactful borrowed power and fewer systems (legendary, tier set and covenant ability is fun - the rest is annoying fluff for the most part.. Cov abilities could be like a talent row - easy to swap and actually a fun thing!)Easy access for alts (why is renown still a thing in SL? I know it’s fast, but it’s JUST an annoyance.. Same with conduits, soulbinds etc. Small, boring bonuses that scale so hard they end up being very important)I think most important to me is that they don’t make systems they have no idea how to balance. Compounding bonuses that make specs spin out of control. They don’t have to make a nightmare balance situation for themselves with 9000 knobs per spec. Keep it simple!Edit: and of course a new class :-)
My ONLY wish is to not have systems involve the player economy. Legendaries are making me broke and now everyone has TWO of them? Make it stop.
My wishlist:More Races (maybe new Allied Races, there are some in the current factions that aren't playable yet but still active parts of the Horde and Alliance)Alliance Jinyu: (can be seen in MOP and BFA), the Alliance even befriends a Sub Faction of the Jinyu called Ankoan in BFA (while the Horde befriends Giblins)Horde Taunka: (Northendtauren we recruited them since well WotLK, you could make them a Barbershop option for Mulgore Tauren),Ho-Zen: ( can be seen in MOP and BFA actively in the War Effort)Ogers: (there since Vanilla, Alliance got Highelves, and Kul Tirans are the perfect Playable Ogers base Model. Just do a Nightborn/Nightelf, Bloodelf/Voidelf trade, meaning same Basemodel different faction. And yes female Ogers exist in Lore, in the Novels and in the World)Giblins: The Horde recruited them in BFA, they talked so much how they want to join the Horde (and I bet that they were originally planned to be the Mechagnome Counterpart, instead of the Vulpera. Fish Goblins vs Robot Gnomes, but Blizz changed something/ran out of time), now they can be seen sitting at the Beach of Orgrimmar. (Make them a Goblin Customisation)Forrest Trolls: The one Forrest Troll village in the Hinterlands (Raventusk) is Horde Loyal, just add green forrest Troll skins to the Darkspear. You did it with Sand Trolls and apparently some kind of Dark Troll as skins, which make even LESS Sense to be in the Horde.And besides that maybe some new Class/Race Combos? But not sure about that one.And yes i know right now the Horde is missing more potential (as in allready introduced into the Faction and in Lore) Races than the Alliance, so i am not sure how they could balance it out?Maybe adding Frost Dwarves from Northend?And player housing would be niceoh..and a hyena battle pet (there is still none)Just my thoughtsRayPS: Please bring back the for no reason removed Onyxhyena Mount!
Overall mechanics that are in game are not that bad. Issue is that most people can see easy ways to make it much better at next to no cost.Only thing which NEED to be changed is BAD LUCK protection. Great Vault was improvement, but it is still RNG so you can still have bad luck with it.In a way Azerite Armor vendor and Corruption vendor was step in correct direction - they only need to ensure its not too expensive (take too much time). I'd say that corruprion vendor was fine once it was open. And Azerite Armor vendor was too expensive all time.Current legendary crafting is only real non-RNG system - everything else either is RNG or isn't good enough to use.They should use combination of possibilities.Right now there are several paths which are virtually useless - like reputation vendor gear - by time you get enough reputation its already useless.All Catch UP mechanics should definitely be BoA - maybe one special account-wide reputation just for catch up mechanics every expansion.
Professions could easily have been relevant without wrecking the economy. All they had to do was remove the per slot rank leveling system and the expensive vendor mats. Half the price of any legendary is the crafter passing on the cost of unnecessary hoops they had to jump through.
I just want to see more content and for it to be released more often, 7-8 months between patches was the biggest problem with Shadowlands. Aside from that I wouldn't mind something like an artifact grind where you would always have something to work on if you wanted but you wouldn't really lose much if you didn't. Right now in 9.2 ZM is kinda too light on the grinds and we are playing an mmo so that's not necessarily a good thing.

I want to see them listening more to the addon community and looking at the work people do to improve the player experience and iterate faster on their API, even within an expansion.People want to share the m+ keys they have with friends and guild and maybe temporarily even the party to see what a good team could do next.Relying on external tools to sync that stuff over is bad. AstralKeys and relatedPeople want to have the ability to filter pugs in more detail, depending on bosses killed, the m+ level, roles , dungeons, player language and various other things.Relying on string matches and external addons to improve that , not so nice.Then you have things that are ugly hacks since forever.Why can't you get coordinates for loot and quest events so that Gathermate, Gatherer, Wowhead Client,Zygor, Questie and other DB Addons know exactly where the event came from and don't need to cheat with using the player location?This would also clearly help in mapping out dungeons when the player location isn't available for mechanic reasons. (Coordinates out of combat could help too)PlayerPositions for friends and guildmates with the choice to not display it. So for certain levels of distance you could give us the approximation by default "within 5, within 8, within 10, over 40,,.." various steps.More data for rezzing people or summoning them.Is it pending, who else did it, how much cooldown has the target before it can accept it, is it stuck in combat and therefore not here yet?LibResInfo is incomplete and you should fix its shortcomings.Give us the possibility to merge characters of the same class into one.We can transfer characters, we can change their appearance, we can change the name and the faction.I think some form of consolidation that keeps their history, their achievments, their items and titles, pets, mounts, quests and friends as well as stats like "killed X Y times" would be really helpful to consolidate past endavours when you realise that 5 Warriors was a bit too silly but some of your charactes still have achievments that are no longer possible.In case you have conflicts , like choosing different paths on a story line, you could warn the player and offer a choice which state should be transferred.I would say this is a perfect opportunity for a new game service.What i would like to see return in general is more strategic value for crowd control.I miss the days where you went into a dungeon and set up CC , hex here, sheep there, control demon on a third.Slow and methodic , strategic movement and picking groups apart one by one was fun.It feels a bit useless these days in a group to have CC with you.
I know that we will most likely not be able to keep our covenant abilities but id love for the minor ones to stay, especially soulshape. So much effort and resources were put into it and we could grind like 50 forms! Let it stay please
My wishlist, kept semi-reasonable rather than my pie-in-the-sky wishes:-Covenant system replaces traditional reputations (IE no more reputation grinding, Renown system works as alt catch-up for unlockable rewards. Not quite account wide but as close as we are likely to get.-Covenant 'borrowed power' ONLY FUNCTIONS in the outdoor world, and not in the form of special abilities to go on your hotbar. Just more powerful gear, or buffs to world drops, stuff like the Zereth Mortis gear and 'anima' powers. They don't work at all in raids, dungeons or battlegrounds, so they are not required, and thus they are fun and powerful in the outdoor zones.-Any anima style expansion currency is doled out at the current 9.2 rate rather than the 9.0 rate, and is account-wide from the get-go.-Back to the Legion legendary system IF AT ALL, but instead of dropping a random legendary for your class it drops a token you can use to buy whichever one you want, and anything you do earns you a currency you can use to buy such tokens to function as bad luck protection. But I'd rather they not bother with legendaries at all tbh.-Great Vault system has more non-gear rewards from the get-go and has an additional row for world content.-Basically just treat world content as the fourth endgame pillar it is and design with that in mind rather than chores for the other three endgames to do every day. Give it is own progression paths and tune it so they are no more grinds than earning tier gear.-Bring the Creation Catalyst concept forward, plus more deterministic rewards in general.Oh - and include important lore in the game, leave books to flesh things out if necessary, or at least release them at the START of an expansion, but honestly would rather they had a team dedicated to in-game lore representation, even if it's non-diagetic scenarios where we play as the villains for a few minutes to get their perspective on things, or lorewalkers explaining book plots to us.

I just want a proper story. BfA wasted Azshara, the Naga and Nazjatar and N’zoth. Shadowlands retconned like 90% of the lore we’ve known since the very beginning. I simply just want a good storyline. Keep it non complicated and easy to understand.
all I want is class order halls to be the center of the player experience going forward-perfect lens to tell any story, down to earth or cosmic-allows expansion of class fantasy and function-place for class specific cosmetics to live-great place to put a player house system-genuinely felt warcraft, especially since all the old class trainers were there
My Wishlist:1). No more Sylvanas in the Lore.2). Normal Lore.3). New capital city for Night Elves.4). More unique mounts, pets and stuff (no more recolor).5). Some updates on old zones like Ashenvale. Since entire expansion have passed, we must know how did the zones changed.6). Syra, Delaryn and all Night Elves should go back to the Alliance.7). Some more lore on Malfurion. Give the man his formal glory. Currently there are no powerful druid in the story, while there are plenty of mages and paladins.Bonus: less dailies, more unique campaign quests.
I just hope they learned from the mess with covenants. As well a new class, way overdue.
