" you're what's wrong with WoW and why boosts got added to classic and why classic will have the same fate as retail." Nope the leveling experience is what's wrong with wow. If it was good everyone would be doing it and anyone who skipped it would be told they missed out on a lot of good content. Only a small number of people really enjoy the leveling experience. There are a few good zones which Blizzard spent a lot of time developing their quests and stories, but most of them didn't get that treatment. The poor quest designs in most zones overshadow the good ones because they are so tedious, boring and players are in them for a long time. If someone wants a raid spot in TBC they had better be attuned and geared for T4 content when the rest of the guild is or their spot will go to someone who is ready. With raids going from 40 to 25 there aren't many spots available even with the few who are staying in classic.
Deadmines into Scarlet Monestary, truly a feat of strength.
People pretending they're smart and spouting to "read the article it says right there no boosting for BEs or Draenei, *duuurrrrrr*"Do you guys even play the game? Dungeon boosting by a level 60... this guy literally just sat there paying gold waiting for his buddy to clear and reset the instance... this is not special or impressive at all... dudes gold was probably bought too. This is the state of Classic, welcome.
Did the U.K. the dungeon cap? At 5 dungeons per hour and 17 hours to play that seems super high exp especially in the mid to higher level dungeons. Either way it’s an impressive feat of time management and instance lockout.
Remembers when an NPC was put in to commemorate the first Blood Elf Paladin to get what was it 70? in Original TBC Beta...Correction it was 67 which apparently had been the cap at that time in Beta
I thought the release date for BC Classic was in June. If that is true then how was he able to do this?
This article doesn't even mention that the guy got a lot of help achieving this. Most folks know that 'speed leveling' is almost never done alone, but the article by itself could lead people to believe that this was achieved solo since it makes no mention of all the other folks who gave up their time to let this guy get apparently all of the credit. Also, level 60 isn't even the level cap for BC. This is as silly as making 'world first' posts for clearing heroic raids the first week of a new tier.
Two types of people:People who pay Blizzard for boostsPeople who ask their friends to boost themYou can tell which type of player is which based on how they react to others saying he was boosted.
Damn and it took me like 21 months to get my character to 48.
Please dont celebrate this, its just promoting people to play in a degenerate way. Its killing the classic soul.
The first 60 BE pally was done not by the person playing the paladin, but by the others doing all the actual work.
This is why I lost all motivation to even play the game. Why playing when everyone get's boosted. I don't have gold and I don't see players actually leveling. Sad and lonely experience. This is one of the reasons the should have added some new server...
