Good, now it's actually usable...

Isn't this now basically the same as having the buff all the time, only with a ton of added inconvenience and pointless issues with spec changes? Seems like poor design.
I'm sure someone will be mad about this, but this is a genuinely good bug-fix. Even if it hurts you personally, this was deeply flawed in its old implementation.
It still feels very clunky...I really wonder what they intend with this kind of CD. Its basicly a buff with 100% uptime, but... not really.Just like with Conduit Energy.99% of the time you will just have it and not even think about it, but one day you switch speccs for whatever reason and therefore change your Soulbind and loose your buff and now you miss 3% Stats for no reason.
Yeah, just make flasks, food and augment runes permanent. And just add more stats to items and stop with gems and enchants. Weapons should just proc the enchant passively. Also, maybe we should just be auto-pottet when we pop cooldowns? It's all just "busy work", right?Jesus christ, people are whining about ridiculous stuff. I like having buffs. I miss old memento. I allways use Precious Ribbon. And there are a lot of fun toys you can use that are actually useful in some cases. This tea is something you have to apply once every 4 hours. If you think that's "work", maybe you should swap to a MOBA.Edit: comparing this to conduit energy just proves how clueless you are. There is no case where this would be a problem. If it were to be comparable, conduit energy would have a button to just fill it up for free. But you can't. Conduit energy is ridiculous and stupid. This tea thing is not.
I don’t like the design of this. It seems like a huge hassle for no gain.
