On one hand, it's really nice that Blizzard is putting these into the game. On the other hand, a part of me feels awful because all of it will be inaccessible and/or unusable after the next expansion hits. What's the point of giving players all these cool cosmetics they can collect when they're literally going to be taken away from them.
I don't wanna more soulshape thanks. It's not exciting anymore. I prefer new updates, new models, new illusions etc.
Yay another 1% drop rate soulshape to farm
Maybe that quest is just a placeholder?
As a native English speaker. This makes zero sense.
If it's really linked to an old obsolete Westfall quest I hope they finally LISTEN to the community and make soulshapes forms ACCOUNT-WIDE :)Nevermind, this should be done anyways.
I agree we need more focus on the models of in-game creatures and less focus on soulshapes that are exclusive for only one fourth of the player base and only for the SL content.
lmao people thinking these models take long to createtheres a reason they have tons of it. meanwhile moonkin form is the same since vanilla.
Just give soul shapes to shaman as ghost wolf forms in 10.0. :p
Are they accountwide? No? Okay then, how about I play more and subscribe more just to get them on all my alts wooohoooo? Oh wait, I can just unsubscribe and not do an insane grind that will be unusable 1 year later. Cool, I'll do that.
can we get a soulshape of the amazing zereth mortis water and floating rocks that we've never seen before?
I'm okay with the soulshapes because they're relatively low effort (the quest designers probably have to spend as much time as the artists since it's just the same effect applied to an already-existing model). But I also agree that the other shaman/druid forms that will continue to exist past SL need some customization love.Shaman are getting two glyphs in 9.2. It's a start, but something we all probably would have liked to see start years ago.
