Us older players recognize when long-time blizzard peeps leave because they made an impression or allowed us to feel invited into the blizzard family with their welcoming natures, think old blizzcons and friendly banter and personable interviews/excitement, etc, but in the not too distant future, new/players unfamiliar with new staff, won't know when the newer blizzard peeps leave. It won't be announced because no one knows who they are anyway. Maybe that's what they want, to have customers who aren't aware of the coming and going of the company's staff. Realistically, I'm sure blizzard workers have left that we don't knw about -because they don't announce it, thankfully, and because they weren't well-known by us. I think its cringey to announce your plans on social media/the world. If all these who've left recently didn't announce it, we wouldn't know any difference. That's probably what will happen, and also processes are probably going to be done by robots(ai) and not need as many real people. Once all the main ones abandon us, we won't know whose there nor care, and that's a good thing, -less attachment to these leavers is best, -look at all the ache that them throwing us away causes.
